Dragon Designs

The dragon is a mystical creature that has been a source of inspiration for artists and writers for many centuries. You'll find dragon symbols in art, jewelry, clothing, and even on the sides of buildings. Dragons are usually depicted as formidable creatures with four legs, large bodies, and scaly skin. The parts of the dragon symbolic to its meaning are its head, claws, and wings. The head of the dragon is used to represent wisdom and power; the claws are symbolic to greed; and the wings are symbolic to protection. The dragon's tail is also symbolic to balance.

Dragons have a long tradition in mythology, being used as symbols by many people and organizations. These symbols are often seen on flags, on shields and even on national currency. It's possible to find dragons in paintings and stories, but they're not always presented the same way. In some culture dragons are portrayed as evil monsters, while in others they are seen as good creatures to be tamed and respected.
